One could aruge that the unusual ruleset should be applied considering that this item is worth more than many low tier unusuals, this would require a minimum drop of 15% to be valid, not too sure about this.
What unusal ruleset? Is there really a 15% drop penalty?
For unusuals, yes.
for unusuals, can't drop on buyouts alone unless 15% change. there are a couple other things to it like no recent sales, but s'all in the guide
For unusuals - yes. Unusuals are a vastly different market compared to unique, genuine, vintage or collectors items, hence they have a separate ruleset when it comes to using sellers and buyers to reprice them (theyre almost always based on sales).
The seller is 11 days old now, that'll be enough to make this work for me.
