Mullet's current price is 3 years old. If you can't give it an actual mini, you shouldn't be using it to price this. You've basically just got a seller here.

Cant find it in the offerers bp even though it was ticked as accepted. If you can verify that sale then this will be fine, and could then be subsequently used to update the mullet, although that'd need to wait until 31 sells or matures.

Yeah, this is a weird scenario. Unpriced hat (which is 1 of 1?) sold for an un-miniable hat priced 3 years ago.. it'd be ridiculous to take its old price because, well, it's 3 years old. A pure quicksale won't cut it either. It's now fallen into the hands of someone marked on SR (and is impersonating angelmander, lol) so no hope there. I think the safest thing to do here is wait for another sale.
