Finally completed it.
Paid a Burning Conquistador (56 keys) at the time for the chemistry set. But since that was with a scummy price manipulator the keys turn into Don't-Count-Keys and you can't use Don't-Count-Keys in suggesting so I can't add them.
So I'll use the price of the build of the chemistry set instead.
200 times 1.22 (price of stately steel toe) is 244 refined metal, divided by 29 (price of keys) is 8.4 keys. Nice and high value for this nice hat.
If you want me to kill myself I can upload the proof of me paying the metal for every one of the toes. Or proof from a year ago that this had 0 inputs when I bought it. If you want.

Just can't add the price of the chem set this time so this is next best price

OK, you think that. I think this instead; a price is better than no price, even if the price is handicapped by rules. Rules that I'm actively following, by the way.
Usually Collector's Cosmetics have a high price. I don't really see this being a good price for a collectors cosmetic. Its better off unpriced for now.

It's like those suggstions that get closed b/c there's a buy order for higher.
But those are buy orders from someone else, I'm the person that would be buying it and I already have it. Besides, mine's not a buy order, I need to have the pure keys on me for it to be a buy order.

I disagree with this suggestion, I just feel like your logic is flawed, just because it can be crafted using 200 Stately Steel Toes doesn't mean it is worth that much, following your logic we could just price every collectors weapon at 11.11 ref because that's the cost for crafting them, but that's simply not how it works. The price of 8.4 just isn't proven here.
There are two ways this could be handled:
1. This stays unpriced.
2. This is handled just like the Casemaker, the price of the kit + the items required to craft it. While sales of Raven are not allowed to be used nowadays they were valid when the set was suggested, and therefor the set has a price which could be used here.
I would personally prefer 2. here as it gives this the most accurate value, but I guess it's up to the mods.
Trust me, I think anybody here including myself can see your second option is the most accurate, but I'm just following the rules as I'm told to. I would have no problem adding the real price of the Chem set to this suggestion, but Don't-Count Dollars don't count.
Suggestion is invalid here. Value on the completed item does not equal the value of the cost of building the chem set, as the chem set has value on its own. I've made it clear before that trades involving Raven are not valid. This will have to remain unpriced.
