For this suggestion, I didnt use classified listings for the price, because i feel that with unpriced unusuals there are no useful buy orders and the sell orders are also a mess. So I decided to compare other unusuals with the effect to find an approximate price for this one.

1. Starstorm insomnia crones dome was priced at 335 keys. Closest effect to that is the Death at dusk version of the the crones dome. Carry that to ground control and you get 105 keys. Price 1: 105k

2. Starstorm insomnia brotherhood of arms was priced at ~255 keys. Closest effects are phosphorus and haunted ghosts. There is no phosphorus ground control so I used the haunted ghosts, which is priced at 100 keys. Low value: 100k

3. Going lower to the branch of brotherhood of arms, the first effect that is common with the ground control is the frostbite(priced at 210 on BoA), and if we carry that to the ground control we get 110 keys. High value: 110k

4. Starstorm insomnia platinum pickelhaube has effects purple energy and cauldron bubbles priced higher and haunted ghosts and the ooze priced lower than it. Even though that there is no cauldron bubbles and the ooze ground control, we can optionally use the stare from beyond instead of the ooze since there is no difference other than the colour. But we still have the purple energy and the haunted ghosts effects left. Ground control with purple energy is priced at 180, but i decided to not count it since its the only one sticking out from the price. That leaves us with the haunted ghosts version, and the haunted ghosts ground control is priced at 100 keys.
