I wouldn't have excluded 16, there's literally no proof of DedAndrei's claim, it's the same as claiming that an "undisclosed amount of PayPal" was added to prevent a lower sale from being used, it only seems logical for a buyer to prevent their lower sale from being used as that would lower their chances of reselling for higher.

I would like to see what the seller says.

Here s a thing my man, 2 weeks ago i did quickbuy orders on literally all collectors weaps in existence and only reason i dont have it now caz bp.tf fucked me up and removed ALL 1200 of my listings with my sell & buy orders caz steam was down for few hours and bp.tf was saying that my bp was private somehow and now im just lazy to make them up again

Joking aside: there's not really a reason not to believe it here.

- Andrei has always had a ton of buy orders on things.

- His trading style matches with his claim and with this situation

- the history: https://backpack.tf/item/3020827983 showing the seller only owned it for a day, so it being a QS is very believable

The undisclosed paypal jazz generally only happens on sales from a whole other caliber. It mostly happens on huge sales for rare unusuals that the buyer is trying to flip for like twice what they paid. They want to use the fact that unpriced hats can be priced after they sell it to convince buyers that their asking price isnt ridiculous. Nobody is going to do that for ~20 key unusuals, or in this case, ~20 key collectors items. I generally doubt Andrei would give two hoots about his stuff being priced at 19 flat or at 16-19; cant imagine someone with a 10000+key bp to care about a single key on an item's value like this.

Even if he wouldnt have mentioned the quickbuying thing here, the fact that it sold in a day without advertising would have made it too weak for a low end in general.
