Burning steel toe will need a mini as it is 5 months outdated

There is a problem in our database which seems to erase the value of all of the hats with this effect. There are more items influenced by this.

Im no dev and I have no idea what to do to fix it (im just a simple mod), but our devs are informed and will work on it once they get the time to do so
