Hopefully I did this right, there is a seller for 22 but imo, I would consider that as a quicksell price. 25 seems about right for this taunt and effect.

to price a un-priced unusual you would need 2 sales. Seeing that there is more of these on the market, there should be more sales that OP can find.

I found one, but it seemed like it was a market transaction. I believe it was around the suggested price, but maybe I'd have to add them and investigate.
