IMPORTANT NOTE: As you may see, there are two other unbumped sellers at 11 ref. They are invalid. Exinstien is not able to trade, probably because they are new to steam. Magic has 15 day trade holds. And everyone hates trade holds. Therefore, they do not count.

Both Buyers at 11 are young.

The age of buyers do not matter. I've once had a buyer that was 5 mins old, and it was accepted.

After time with it aging, probably. If it was accepted immediately, then there would have been other proof to support it, because 1 Buyer that is 5 minutes old is not valid alone.

I'm sticking with what I have.

No way. Ranges are horrible, and leaves a question mark for buyers and sellers. It also is way too broad, and doesn't give one a good picture of what the price really is.

For raises using Buyers only, you don't need to make a range if there are Buyers for higher than the low end.
