    The thing is, people are buying them for 1.77 mainly, and most people that are selling it are the ones putting it up for higher, of course having a 2 ref sale is convincing, however that is just 1 sale, are you able to show anymore sales for 1.88 ref or higher? (If this comment makes no sense to you, just ignore it)

      Pure sales usually overwrite the B/O cap so not too sure.
