If you sort by time you will see that the TC and the key were not involved in the same trade, but the key did come from ᔕᑭᗩᗪᕮ | Trade.tf (buyer of the Lucky Shot). This makes me think that the Lucky was bought for pure, then the keys were used to buy the TC for 44 keys:

Looking at the buyer's side, 37 keys and 4 items were used to buy a DP Rack, as seen here if you sort by time again:
