Last sale was with items and is almost outdated (Half a month ish). Going with 100 keys since this is a pure sale and new owner is not planning to sell anytime soon. Also 1 of 1 hat.

While I generally agree with giving priority with pure sales, I don't really feel that a month and a half is enough time to outright ignore a sale; Moreso when there's nothing else that can possibly rule it as an outlier.

80-100 should be better here
