Well when people pay more than full in pure it's usually to reserve the hat for them, or they think others will send the offer and they want to be the one that gets accepted. Either way, you should cap because the seller would accept 25, making the b/o correct.

ehh since the price paid was so close to the b/o i wouldnt really be picky for either side. 25 flat is fine
