All classified listings are at 12.77 or lower. Btw, what is the difference between noncraftable and craft able paints?

You need proof. Btw non-craftable paints are purchased from Mann Co. store, craftable paints are obtained by other means

It's not proof. Classifieds change a lot, take a screenshot. You should add Outpost trades too for such a common item

And they require separate suggestions, they're not updated simultaneously, that's why

No sellers below 14 refined now. Dont think this is accurate anymore seeing buyers are at about 12.55.
