28 seems high for this, not to mention it looks like it sold before for a Green Confetti Attendant, which, judging by the 1 month unsold at 25, would likely support 28 not being in the range. Rolling with 16-20 keys. If a moderator would like to say otherwise, I'll be fine with resuggesting at whatever range.
