Mini for sniper unusual

first sale had a 40key b/o, downvote

Yes but the 40 keys was for pure, it could have been a quicksell. This is in items.
Even if it sold for a Burning Team Captain, the buyout limits it to 40
Other suggestion is fine. 70 is an outlier and the first sale had a 40 key buyout.
How is 70 keys an outliner?
I pointed out that there was a unsold for 5 months at a B/O of 70 and 2 months at a B/O of 60, then was sold in a BS
Moreover, to answer your question on my suggestion, I gave the mini in description (sale was made on SCM for 8)
True but the b/o were in pure not items.
If it doesn't sell at 60 for pure, should be priced at a pure high-end of 70, period
