You'd need more sellers at or around 12.66 ref if this suggestion is to go through. Only one or two buyers at 12.66 ref compared to the rest isn't going to cut it. (learned it the hard way).
I believe these two sellers @ 12.66 ref will be enough. These are 24/7 sellers. Also, buyers suggest a price decrease will be needed, as the only valid "highest" buyer is at 11.11 ref.

Sellers are very young. You also need to provide the item histories for sellers.

Dumb question: how would I check when a seller/buyer has created a classified listing (not when it was most recently bumped)?EDIT: NEVERMIND, I just had to click on the time it was bumped.
All classified sellers are 8 hours since listing and being constantly bumped. I'm guessing that it's safe to assume that these sellers have matured.
A matured seller is 21-24 hours.
Noted. All the sellers are periodically removing and re-listing their item. The listing usually only goes up to 8 hours since listing and is removed.
