Excluding 85 for a number of reasons. Firstly, becuase its less than a full pure sale, second because the milkman’s value has dropped tremendously between the sale it the pricing, and because there might of been something else added. (I didnt even see the dixie untill I sorted by time, so there might be something else missing that. The conservative drop seems best here.
