listen really good this time, cuz i'm sure you've been told this already and are either ignoring it or just retarded... the listing must be mature to use (ie over a day) and show how long the listing has been up for in your screen shots. and your range sucks.

1) your range is unnecessary

2) 4.69 rounds to 4.7 :/

3) You must wait for the classified listings to mature before making a price suggestion. For items, the listings must be 1 day old. Wait for the listings at 4.5k mature then resuggest at 4.5k flat. As of now, I'd close this suggestion.
