And surely with at least 3 on the market, all being clean, it would be logical to wait for more than one sale before pricing it

This is the only usable sale within the "non-outdated sale" window, if you will.

Yeah I understand that, but with multiple clean ones on the market, it is likely that more sales will happen? Especially with this being such a large drop, it seems illogical not to wait for more to back up the decrease in price, or maybe to sell for a more suitable amount

If they haven't sold for their buyouts, which are currently listed slightly below or above the current backpack price of 1050, it's likely indicitive of the fact that the price is higher than it should be and is deserving of an update.

This suggestion is more than fine ^^

The sale is most certainly not a quicksale, if anything I think this sale is pretty high -- considering there are multiple sellers at less than backpack.tf and a previous unsuccessful seller at ~700. Regardless, this price is much more sufficient than the current one.

And no. Just because the sale occurred "1 day" after it became tradeable does not make it a quicksale. The owner had a massive amount of people adding him for an entire week for which the hat existed. If he was willing to take 900 in items, I doubt he got any better offers.

btw the offer Pyrojoe linked to was made a long time ago with a likely overpriced item, so using it as counterproof to this suggestion is not going to work :p

It seems as if he gave me a good deal intentionally due to who I am.

At the time, I had recently released a vieo about how I was potentially stopping a trading series I have running on my channel. I was potentially ending due to one of the hats I owned gained a price suggestion for an extortionately lower amount making it extremely more difficult to trade and make profit in the series. Low and behold a day later I trade for the KE. Seems like he was okay with the fact it was lower than other offers he had received in the past.

Also, if you were unable to infer, the seller was a viewer.

As per my understanding , Quicksells are done for pure , there is no reason one would "Quicksell" for other unusuals , maybe go like 60-70 % pure and some unusuals (in mixed) .

Agreed, as someone above stated the fact that it was sold 1 day after it being tradable matters not. He received several offers beforehand.

I'm not saying it was a quicksale, im saying it was clearly discounted intentionally as you can see in the screenshots

alright i'm gonna kindly ask you to stop putting your nonsensical talk on the suggestion. This pricing is justified, it was not a quicksell, and there have been no other sales in applicable times to say otherwise. Bottom Line.

Hat sold within a day of it becoming trade able and I think a price suggestion from one sale that is a fresh sale from a new user is not enough for me to up vote, this suggestion is receiving a down vote from me, plus every time this user "PyroJoe" buys a hat, a price suggestion comes out for it.

Then perhaps the issue in itself lies in pyrojoe's method of buying and not the people making the suggestions. If you are going to pay less than backpack price for an item that hasn't had any sales/ has had sales within your buying price rage then you should expect a drop.
