It actually is straight 5%,4.44 ref is 40 scraps,and 4.22 ref is 38 scraps,10% of 40 is 4,thus 5% is 4/2=2,Sorry bro! But this is a valid suggestion,Upvote.

I go by 4.44 - 5% on a calculator and it gets me 4.218 Which to me is <5%

Yeah but rules are rules technically and non 5% changed should be closed. Whether or not this is 5% or not I have no idea! Depends which method you use I suppose!

Philip Blake is right in his calculation though, if you do 0.22 / 4.44 x 100, you get 4.95% where in fact actually it should be 5% flat as shown by Philip Blake but on a calculator it is not since (0.22 / 4.44 x 100) is actually a wrong calculation where it should actually be 0.222222222222222 / 4.4444444444444444 x 100

therefore this is exactly 5%
