Is this a usable mini for the BHWNN?

The brigade mini was used for the billy suggestion; theres sellers at 50 which were used as a mini there. Especially since 157 actually rounds to 155 and since the brigade is going to be lower, I think rounding up here shouldnt be done.

Resuggesting with two better minis now, thanks as usual.
