big chief strangifier is cheap enough that it doesn't matter (cheapest on SCM right now is aprox. 0.6 usd

at this rate we could update the backbiter aswell

if the mini on the billy is that it sold plus a key for a steaming modest, then that makes the mini 25 :P However, with the sale at 22 in the comments and an abundance of sellers lower than 25, I guess the mini will still be fine here, as coincidentally, 22 is fine

For future reference: the purpose of a mini is to provide a current value for an outdated or duped hat, so youll need to take the value that your mini indicates.
