Im gonna cap this at Mastikhor’s current B/O of 77. While he removed his b/o’s, its unlikely he had it listed for more than this; if anything it was less as he saw how well it sold and may of raised it the second time he got the hat. There is also another seller at 75, so 85 definitely looks high; 77 should be a more realistic representation of the pure value.
