PC TC is 65-75 - Miami BOA is at 84 - Roboactive is at a severely outdated price of 50 & Current Owner is asking 100 - Seems solid. (Still fairly new to this, please let me know if I'm on point or doing anything wrong.)

Sellers on classifieds are asking 65 & 111 - I went with the lower end. Still, thanks for pointing that out.

I pointed out a few other lower sales in the last suggestion too.
As indicated, the PF TC is outdated by 8 months and will need a suggestion to back up the value you're using for it here. Off hand, there's a seller at 65 and 70, so there's really nothing supporting your high end of 80.
