To be extremely picky it was sold after 6 Days anything under a week is a quicksale.

Be careful with that mindset; that doesn't make sense in this context when the unusual is less than 25 keys. Week old B/Os on unus <25 keys are usable for drops, after all. 8 keys for a low-tier unusual isn't exactly a shark either, just quickbuying price. It definitely looks like he quicksold it regardless.
