He is not donater or premium so he can't bump. He also alone at the top so no need to bump.

Listed 2 days ago without being bumped. You don't need to be a donor or have premium to bump by yourself.

plenty listings at 11.88 suggest he may not be buying.

Death, only donors and premiums can bump, everyone else has to relist which resets the time of the listing, but I agree with what Sin is saying here. :)

Ah I guess that's true but they can always relist every 30 minutes but they're too lazy to so thats another thing

yeah, I made a thread a while ago about non premium/donators should be able to manually bump instead of relisting like outpost trades.
