Crates are a bit tricky to evaluate in suggestions because most people don't list them for less than 0.05 ref (on bp.tf you can't list any item under 0.05 ref), but they take a long, long time to sell for that.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28151592 - looks like this one took about 4 months to finally sell for 0.05 ref.

It is not reasonable for us to price an item at 0.05 ref and expect users to wait 4 months to sell an item. Such an item is not worth 0.05 ref.

If you look at other sellers - http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/269229473 - there's one right now at 0.025 and another which almost seems like you can name your price. Certainly doesn't seem like this is a 0.05 ref item. Our listed prices are not meant to reflect what an item "can" sell for but what it actually sells for most commonly in a reasonable amount of time. 0.01 seems more reasonable than 0.05.
