For Miami Nights Crone's Dome + sweets 89*0.9=80 keys

You don't need unusual overpay ( x0.9 ) anymore. You can take the Crone's Dome at 89.

Also it seems that keys were added along with the Crone so it looks like this will be at least 90 keys or higher.

Check usable sales in previous suggestion

26 in existence, many of them on the market, 1 sale is not enough here

You're gonna need to use all of the sales that are in date on ALL of the spectral congas in existence if you wanna update this, not just one.

While the high sales will definitely make this too high, it is not a good idea to only use one sale here. Closing as this will need more sales.
