Buyer offering 63 keys for the unusual
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28705286
Capped at 60 keys

There are much more sales then just 1, you should check them all

Well if that's the case, upvote.
Always include all the sales, even if they are bulk/SCM.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28651042 - Sold for 40 keys pure, histories match
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198044934255?time=1481932800 - Seller's backpack before
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198044934255?time=1482019200 - Seller's backpack after
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198044934255#!/compare/1481932800/1482019200 - Compare link
Also, there is no buyer for 63. Your second link has nothing to do with this unusual, and R+ubi's buying prices are listed here (with no set price for the GBH Havenaplane): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zOs-0OfVjLsNYAmMa8_tvi2tA9Rrnok7nEUqDOQuls0/edit#gid=0
And lastly, the histories in the sale you're using do not match. These are the two items that match: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198101494973#!/compare/1478390400/1478563200
However, the amount of valuable items moving back and forth between these users makes me question whether this is an actual sale, or some sort of brokering/lending situation. They swap valuable items constantly, over the course of months. Some examples:

The only valid sale here is 40.
The buyer at 63 keys is the mini for the other unusual
That makes more sense. Generally, buyers should not be used as minis, as they only represent an item's quicksell value. Since the buyer here proves the Your Worst Nightmare is worth more than the B/O you were trying to cap this with, the buyer as a mini would have worked in this case though. But there isn't actually a sale involving the Your Worst Nightmare to begin with.
I didn't think was necessary because the price is capped at 60 keys. Also the forty key sale does not match.

You need to check both buyer and seller's side of the trade to determine what some of them were. Nothing on the buyer's side matches, which is why I gave you links to the seller's side.

http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198044934255?time=1482019200 - Seller's backpack after
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198044934255#!/compare/1481932800/1482019200 - Compare link
Sort the "seller's backpack after" link by time, and check the histories of the group of 40 keys. They match the Baron. Presumably, the buyer sold the Aussies seen in the buyer compare link for keys and quickly used those keys to buy the Baron, which is why nothing matches on their side of the trade. The 6 day history gap makes this even more likely.
True, but it did only take 4 days to sell, could suggest a quicksell.
It took 10 days. Check the day the Outpost advertisement was opened (whenever Outpost finishes their site maintenance).
