No other sales within 3 months.
SUMMARY:
Sales = 38 / 65
Sellers = 70
38 keys is an obvious outlier, the Guadalajara was 46 keys when the sale happened but then it got a drop, perhaps that’s why the seller took the offer. There is a seller as well at 70 keys (2 weeks) so I’ll go with 65 flat.

Yeah I found other sales too - however, this sale seemed the most representative of what the Woodsman is worth. Besides, the other mini's all needed mini's too. Then it doesn't really represent the value if I need a few mini's to complete mini's for a sale for this hat :P
well my problem there was that most of those other sales are definitely lower than 65. I can request a formal update on that (dont have time to check now); with those new hats I prefer extensive minis as single-sales are more often than not outliers or a high/low end of a wide range (since the sales are almost always discrepant)
