The few extra keys in my inventory are from a paypal trade and a scrap.tf raffle.

Only recent sale. The one from KongMP to subs was because I needed a middleman, since Kong didn't have the space for 420 refined metal in his inventory.

If this is a 1 of 1 hat then it might be possible to price this in ref if the sale happened in purely ref.
Nice catch anyways, it's rare to find someone who would sell an unusual for purely refined metal especially since keys are 27 ref and over now

What a shame.
I have to agree with polar though. It would screw up the consistency and be mighty inconvenient for other people who own this hat when key to ref ratio changes.
