Smoking Gentlemen’s Gatsby
Surprisingly low amount of sellers since there’s 41 in existence.
New price: 12-15 keys
[proof below]

Quicksold for 12 keys to scrap.tf
SALE #3 = 15 keys
http://imgur.com/a/Gdicr
Sold mine (for a friend) for a Cloud 9 Billycock (17). Due to miscommunication I didn’t sent him a key, but my friend who I brokered it for sent it. So it’s 15.3-15.4 keys, rounding to 15. Unfortunately I cant provide the screenshot since it’s in my friends trade history that he sent a key. Final deal: Gatsby + 1.6 keys for the Billycock = 15.
I bought it for 11 keys off scrap.tf so that’s an invalid sale.

Sold with 3 keys for a Bubbling Noble Amassment of Hats (19). 19-3 = 16 keys

SALE #10 = 13 keys
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198160120451#!/compare/1479168000/1479254400
Sold for 13 keys.
SALE #11 = invalid (15)
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198116728024#!/compare/1478044800/1478131200
Sold in a bulk with outdated hats. However if you take the backpack.tf value it would be 15.
KE (45) – Fuka (16) – Strange All Father (4) – 10 keys = 15 keys. Which means that the Gatsby would be around 15.
SUMMARY:
Sales: 12 / 12 / 13 / 13 / 15 / (15) / 16
Sellers: 15 -> http://backpack.tf/item/996590525
I am going to assume that the seller at 15 will remain unsold for a while and probably quicksells, like all the other sellers. The sale at 16 is clearly countered by the loads of sales between 12-15. Not to mention all the people that sold this to scrap.tf for 11 or quicksold this for 10-11. So I won’t be including 16 in the range, I will cap at 15 (seller at 15 as well). 12-15 keys seems to be a suitable range for this hat given the sales.
Uh, your sale at ~15 caps at 12 here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28729611
That leaves us with 4 sales at 12(counting the quicksell), 2 at 13 and 1 at 16, 12-13 should be better here.
this was your own b/o how did you miss that :PWell I didn't count it because my 12 B/O was in pure. My overpay (unusual) B/O was 18 keys. And since he paid in unusuals I thought it wouldn't be necessary to cap at 12.

So, if they don't resell then I'd probably re suggest at 12-13 indeed but I did sell mine for 15 pretty quickly, not to mention the (possible outlier) at 16
The prices we're looking to reflect for any kind of item are pure prices, we want to make sure that our prices represent what an item would sell for pure keys, not any method of overpay. sSo regardless if you had a certain B/O for unusual overpay it's required that the B/O that you had up for pure keys is used.
