I looked into the other sale. DCO is probably closer to 400 - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28790532. And the most recent sale on the DCO was a sale that seems like it might be even less than 400. With so many of them on the market, that wouldn't be really surprising.

I think it's reasonable to use this to update the DCO. That's definitely too high at its current price. And the DCO could then be used to update the GE BOA which sold for a beams DCO + mallard milkman.
