Buyers at 5.16,5.18 and 5.22 keys

Rounding 5.22 to 5.25 for the 5% difference.

SCM supports a raise since there were sales from 13.5 euros to 19 euros (aka 14$-20$)

I rounded 5.22 to 5.25 just because if i did round it to 5.25 the whole suggestion would be invalid (<5%)
