Not much left to say, 38-40 should do it here. This might be the permanent price as well since the current owners are not reselling (yet).

Sale 1 The guy is VAC Banned so the sale is invalid

Sale 2 Involves a strange one doubt it affects things but sale one shouldn't really be used

Since when do VAC bans when any effect at all on suggestions? He can still play with it in game, just not on every server. He bought it legitimately and I wouldn't consider it valid.

For the second sale, it is indeed a Strange but it sold less than the others, making it more valid in my opinion. Stranges and uniques are all in the same 'item stats' and therefore should also have the same price.

Second 'when' should be 'have' and with valid I ment invalid.
