I'll take the highest price of the rack's price range at 180.

So the final result: sale 1 + sale 2 + sale 3 + sale 5= 318-227,5-209-180 => taking 233 as price, a range would be very odd. 233 is the average of the 4 sales.

Hopefully my first suggestion didn't fail to much. Tell if there's is something wrong, not right, because there's are probably some things not correct ;).
