From comparing the 2 backpacks in sale #2 i can analyze that:
From buyer BP:
Arcana Tyrantium Helmet, Stranges and Cosmetics are not included in the sale.
From seller BP:
Vintages, Weapons, Parts, Hellish Inferno Taunt: The Carlton, Pro ks kit and ToD tickets are not included in the sale.
From seller BP there is ~39 keys in the trade. Assuming that he sold the two ToD tickets for 1 key and he sold the key for probably all the ref, this sale would either include real money or be a massive outlier.
I tried contacting both seller and buyer, ended up getting me blocked :(

Yep, even though it is gifted doesnt matter. I'd still watch for it if it ever sells.
