Scrap.tf is selling the same duped Flaming Lantern El Jefe for 46 keys now. It's been unsold for a long time so if it would get sold, it wouldn't be a quicksell anymore. This probably needs a range. Can't price this at 66 keys when a major trading site can't sell the exact same hat for 46 keys for 1+ month.
The main issue here is that he's dropping this jefe with a duped sale. The one being sold on scrap.tf is also duped, so this suggestion has been invalid from the beginning.
