Sales at 24 and 25 may look like outliers, however, seeing as the sale at 18 was a quicksale (and was closer to 18.4), the sales at 19 and 20 may look a little low-ish. However, they are pretty common, so excluding them wouldn’t be such a good idea. That, and sale 9 would support the high-end.
