same thing here, he was not selling for 4 scrap but that was the starting bid of his auction

And he failed to sell. This is kinda like an unsold. There are 16 unsold for 1 ref = 0.02 Each. If didn't get any bids which shows 1 they weren't even worth 1 ref.

he never said he was selling for the listed price. even after being offered the starting bid he could've still rejected.

however luckily there is a 12 day old seller in classies for 3 for 1 wep which is 0.02
