There's too many sales and B/Os below 60 Keys here to warrant a big range like this, including the metal slug sale provided earlier. Also keeping in mind that after you purchased it for 60 pure, you ended up selling it for way less than what you bought it for. I think it's fair to call 60 an outlier here.

Both sales that I provided are going to be close enough to the current in-date price of 40 flat, so with this I think it's fair to say that the current price is fine. Closing suggestion.
