Only recent sale was SCM, upvote.
Nah you're wrong here, I found two more sales:
Sold with sweets for a Silver Cyclone Spent Well Spirits
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198270931253#!/compare/1483747200/1483833600
Should be used for that, however this sale should support 17 being in the range.
Sold for 16 Keys and a Strange Festive Pro KS Ubersaw(~5 Keys)(21 Keys total)

17-21 should work here.
But isn't that sale countered by the unsold? Also the item is duped which seems strange how it's got higher sales than a clean 3 month unsold? Also the current owner has owned it before I doubt that affects it. Also that compare link I don't see the festiviser? I see a Cone and a Havenalane? And by looking at the dates it's also a quicksell from a marketplace.tf bot.
It just seems strange how it's duped and a quicksell and yet sold higher than a clean one that's cheaper?
It's not uncommon to see an item selling for more than a certain unsold, why that happened I don't know but it happened. You can't really ignore a pure sale here because of 1 unsold.
I provided the history link on that sale because the item didn't appear on either end of the comparison links, however by looking at the item and the keys it's pretty clear that the histories and IDs match.
If the sale was a quicksell then that just gives it more of a reason to be added to the range, it proves that 17 flat is going to be too low even with the unsold.
Fair enough. Resuggesting asap.
