Not sure if these 2 sales are enough but worth a shot:

Bought for: Dead Presidents Buccaneer's Bicorne (18 Keys)

Sold for: 25 Keys

Edit: Also, I don't know why backpack.tf says that I owned the item when I made the suggestion because I didn't. I had already sold it.

the bicorne is 7 month old price. so you'd need a recent sale on that as a 'mini' to prove it's value

Apparently 15-25, as was suggested by Vrakos Anthrakir, is also too wide a range so seems to be that this hat can't be priced from these 2 sales.
