Same issue as the pe Herald's suggestion. Looks extremely low, I'd pay over 25 keys pure for it in a heartbeat :P

New sale, however, it's untraceable and I can't seem to find what it sold for.

So basically the PE Capotain is still the only sale. But the same goes for the PE Herald, this is very low. I think you should take another look at the mini for the PE Capotain, and not use another outdated hat that's robo + 3rd gen effect. I'll remain neutral here.

Someone can make a suggestion for the PE Capotain at 25 flat using this sale and the mini provided if they want to.

While this might be argueably low for this hat, there's nothing that really proves that 25 is low besides a few opinionated comments. Seeing as no one's reselling this for now, it should be fine to record this sale for the time being since the votes for this are positive.

If this does end up being too low, someone else can provide another sale and update this hat accordingly.
