Thats a really wonky mini on that hwnn. That thing probably has 235363 sales and yours uses a mini with a mini that involves another hween2016

It would make the range 30 - 43 Keys which is pretty bid. So is this better?

what I mean is - I would prefer to see more elaborate minis (i.e not a single sale on it). sales on 2016hween hats have proven to be extremely discrepant. Even with that sale included, the entire mini is based on hween2016 hats. Using single sales on them means the odds that you pick a high/low end of a range, or at least something that deviates from a proper average are very high
