Your new provided sale is wrong. That sale was far more complex than that; everything you see there was involved. Needless to say, that cannot be used for any of the hats you see there. Technically, it could be used to price the sniper.

Rack sale is kinda meh to use here with the wide range it is assigned, but that should evidently be higher than the other sale provided, so the range here should be close enough
