In conclusion, these classifieds are separate from the actual sale itself; therefore, it is not going to be used in the range nor the price.

ya, if there was 1 that was a very young seller... but there's multiples on scm, classies, OP all going unsold for less. plus there are other recent sales on a few of these it looks like. the seller for 20 on classifieds has gone unsold for a month listing it at 25 on OP http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28671775 so 25 seems like it doesn't sell. but the one you bought did sell, but is capped at 25 anyways http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28746343

A seller for 20 and one at 24. If this hat was worth 28 in pure, it wouldn't be sitting there for at 20 for a week. It looks like this might be too high. At the very least it will need some more digging into for other sales. Unlikely that the people at 20-24 paid 28 for theirs only to resell for that much less.
