do you think it's better re-suggest with 28-34 or 34 flat since 28 may have been a quicksell according to adolf storms

Not sure exactly when or why he got banned, so that's a bit of a gray area. It did take him over 2 weeks to get 28 out of it though. I think 28-34 is fair.
