Buyer at 15 in the classifieds

Also, I believe Crazy Viking, the buyer of both 15 key sales, had a buy order at 15 keys on the classifieds too.

Will check once im done with this Train, Mindacos is a beast.

I think it's okay to include in this case. Quickbuyers post low buy orders and don't expect to easily buy at that price. If multiple people are dumping at a quickbuying price, it means it's probably not a quickbuy price any more. Given the other sales, 15 is unlikely an outlier.
