Suggestion: Strange Winter Wonderland Wrap at 4 keys

Since there was a sale at 4 keys and the buyers of this item have listed a while ago and a buyer hasn't bumped too recently, I think it should be priced at 4 keys.

Bumps on the Classifieds do not really matter that much as long as the seller/buyer is active by checking if they've been online on bp.tf/Steam recently.

1 hour and 3 hours since the last bump is more than recent enough.

Either way the buyers do not matter, you have a sale at 4 Keys and they are buying for less than 4 keys.
